Main Features of the Equipment

Based on our company's original KIA-1.1KW Plus series mini induction heater, this new KIA-1.1KW Plus rotary handheld mini induction heater has been developed.

The power of this machine is the same as the KIA-1.1KW, with the addition of a new rotary design. The rotating body can be transformed into a handheld heater, adapting to more usage scenarios. Installation and removal of the induction heating coil are more convenient, as it no longer requires fixed nuts—simply rotate manually to tighten or loosen.

This machine perfectly applies electromagnetic induction technology, enabling heat treatment for small automotive and mechanical components, as well as various metal parts. It is mainly used for heating rusted bolts, nuts, gears, pulleys, blocks, bearings, sensors, and more on automobiles.

No open flame is produced, eliminating the need to avoid flammable materials such as plastics and fibers. It is lightweight, requires no water cooling, offers safe operation, is simple to use, and easy to carry. It features European imported components, American technology, and is manufactured in China, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
